Behind the Cup

Bursting with citrus, dried fruit, and a bright finish that lifts every sip. This light roast highlights the floral and juicy characteristics of its Ethiopian heirloom varietals, rounded out with clean sweetness of Mexican Bourbon and rich body of Brazilian Catuaí.

Each coffee is roasted to order. Orders ship within 2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $40.

The Deity

Cairé is the Tupi goddess of the moon's face. Not the moon itself, but the face you see when you look up. She watches the coffee plants. She watches the farmers. When the crescent first appears, that is her claw breaking through the darkness. She is not gentle.
