Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $40 within the United States.
• Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our roastery to your door.

Subscription Shipments

A Ordem de Cairé subscription orders ship automatically each lunar cycle (approximately every 29 days). Your blend is selected by the current moon phase at the time of shipment. Subscription orders always ship free.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your coffee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened bags. However, we will work with you to find a solution.
• If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@caireroasters.com and we will replace it at no cost.
• Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. No penalties. The moon does not hold grudges.

Collectible Glasses

Cordel xilogravura glasses included with Ordem de Cairé subscriptions are fragile goods. If your glass arrives broken, email us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement.
