Anhangá is the Tupi spirit of the forest who takes the form of a white deer to test the character of hunters. If you chase what is not yours, Anhangá reveals your true nature. This single origin shifts in the cup the same way.
Anhangá changes form to test you. Deer in the forest. Shadow in the doorway. This coffee does the same. Chocolate becomes maple. Apple turns to black tea. The shape-shifter is almost fully formed. So are you.
